Wow, only 2 weeks left in March already! It seemed like January CRAWLED, and February and March FLEW. I guess I’m not mad about it though, since I am beyond ready for the snow to melt and spring/summer to get here. Speaking of time passing, my workday yesterday was really calm and I’m on the tail end of two big campaigns, and I just had a moment of contentedness … I remember WELL how unhappy I was with my work situation just 6 months ago and how things have done a 180º since then. I feel at peace. 💕 Whatever your situation, hopefully that serves to show how much can change in a short time, and if you’re waiting for something that seems out of reach … just a few months from now could be a completely new story. ✨ In other news, we ventured out to a brewery on Tuesday this week (I’m honestly not a huge fan of beer anymore, but it was good to get out of the house!), and we’re going out with a couple of friends tonight, too. The time change really makes post-6 PM plans feel like an option again! We’ve been following the March Madness games so far, too. I’m annoyed that I forgot to fill out a bracket through work before the deadline though 🙄, and also annoyed that my alma mater, IOWA, lost in the first round! I was looking forward to following them through the tournament. Oh well. There’s something about March Madness in the spring that I just love! They’re great for every day or even over a swimsuit in summer. Everyone needs a few good tees!) | Linen Skirt (OK, I’ve never been a fan of shorts and am really excited to see these easy, playful mini skirts having a moment! On the same note, Athleta skorts have long been an activewear favorite of mine, and I’m excited that casual skorts are in, too. Abercrombie has a lot of options—I recently ordered this one, this one and this one to try, and plan to wear them for every day, instead of shorts!) | Sandals (Love these classic Tevas—they’re practical, comfy and trendy, and would work with all of these looks.✔️✔️✔️)
